divinemercy and maxin both charge 400 for 2 hours i believe.
however, they are also all right with 1 hour i.e. 200 bucks.

i personally feel 1 hour is enough as its difficult to keep the intensity going and spending 2 hours would just be a waste of money and time.

unless of course you are into activities that require a longer time to set up and prepare
