I think she will come round, just that she might be hurting now. Keep on looking her up even though she say no.. I dun understand this part... but they seems like this alot.. This is about the only time. No = Yes.
If you treasure her, you should go get it. It's your own happiness, it's better to try now, then later complain in SBF some 10 yrs down the line.
