The problem is society, biologically we are suppose to fuck every single girl we like. unfortunately as humans we practice monogamy.
Well if you have a Long term GF or a wife, don't waste it all by going for paid sex...
There are STDs that can spread even when you use condoms. etc molluscum and herpes. These are tell-tale signs which give you away.
Like most like-mind bros, if you have a gf/wife, work things out with her.
