Cebu has a lot to offer bro, The resort area is Mactan, and girls can be found there. But they will be more expensive. Most brothers find a hotel in downtown Cebu where all the bars are. I have found some bars will have girls that tend to prefer Ang Mo while others prefer to be with Asians. Club Temptation is one club that caters more towards Asians. BF (bar fine) is about 2,000 php. You should also leave a tip in the morning for the girl 500-1,000 php.
After 2:00 am, all the girls who have not been bar fined will usually go to a local disco. You can try your luck there to avoid paying the bar fine. Alternatively, you can tell the girl you like in a bar to meet you at a disco later. I have never tried this as I don't mind paying the bar fine, and I want to be with the girl as soon as possible. :-)
There are also KTVs. The KTVs supposedly have better quality girls. But they also cost more.
I have always had a good time in the 3 times I have been in Cebu. I find Filipinas to be the most affectionate girls I have ever encountered.
Tip: The some ATMs do not give a good exchange rate and now charge a fee for taking money out. Using a money exchanger is probably the best alternative now.
