SM club does take non -Japanese speaker but only for m play and S & M which is a mixed course.

Pros - probably the cheapest one hour M session in Tokyo available for foreigners(Y15,000). Most of the girls on staff are young and hot. A few later moved on to be Japanese porno stars. One is dark skinned RUMIKA who is in many fetish and sex videos now.
Cons - The girls and club lacked any quality fetishwear. Basically you need to bring what you want the girls to wear in that respect.
Also when I sessioned, very few of the girls spoke English.
They also worked irregular schedules.
And they are not highly skilled with advanced bdsm skills like bondage, etc. .
