I just came back from CA couple of days back. Hope the following info can make you slightly more informed.
Stayed at Berlin Hotel (柏林假日酒店）。 Decently priced with decent rooms, walking distance to town area if you know how to as well.
I actually prefer this to Lang Qin Dao Hotel where I stayed the last couple of times, but thats just my opinion.
Partying wise i think the experts here have left alot of info for us newbies to CA. Only thing for me to add probably would be where to find good food which is located at 锦夏新村 where you can find loads of food and some shopping if you wanna go walk walk.
Furthur down from this stretch, if you like to have some after party. There is a stretch of clubs/pubs. One of them is called 车路人酒吧。 Very nicely decorated and the whole place seems quite new and popular with the locals as well. This is the first time I found out about these clubs as well.
