GL girls are not allowed to work outside of the licensed houses in GL. There are some who will do it for their very regular customers, at the end of their shift in GL. Which means the girl is usually tired and won't be as perky.
You can go to any house that appeals to you - just make sure it's not a fish tank sort (ie Cat$40 thai girls). Bros who like discretion usually pick a house on L28...
