In any case, that was an unexpected visit from Ms Nurie, heh. I'm quite concerned about such leaks coz the FRs we write (or at least those I write) are more for the consumption of all bros here. It is honest feedback that I don't think should be shared with the party being mentioned, as this forum is for online anonymity. If the service providers are able to pinpoint the person who gave the feedback, I don't think that'll help the situation.
