1608 is not in the main lorong it self. Walking in to Lor 16 from Geylang Rd, there is a small road on the left. There used to be some gambling tables there one, but not sure if nowadays still have or not. You turn left into the small road and 1608 is one of the unit there on the right.

If you are driving, then you will have to enter from Guillemard Rd and proceed towards the end of Lorong 16. The small road then will be on your right.
