Hi fellow bros,

I am new to HCMC scene. As I am travelling along the Dinh Bo Linh road, I saw lot of small salons with ladies inside. They are not dress in uniform and seem like crater to local vietamese guys. Is this type of place safe to go and what will be the damage like? I am staying in District 1. Appreciate your advise.
