In vietnam, if the couple is not officially married when the child is born, the birth cert will only have the mother's name. After birth, if proven the child is the father's, and there's official marriage cert, the father can insert his name in the birth cert. So if any bro is suspicious, drag the marriage till after DNA is proven.
