I think you got me wrong, I can't afford the 100k plus to open one, so my kaki until today still dreaming hoping that one day it will come true!!!!
As for no undies I support u but with a twist, half the staff will wear G-string and the other half will go without undies. They will be doing this on rotational basis. And to make it more exciting I will make sure they wear semi transparent short skirt. Swee bo?
