This sunday (24/4/11) is the bayi new year..... expect heavy traffic jam along serangoon road as the temple and side road are cordoned off for their prayers and celebrations.
Oso expect PT to turn into Ah Neh land as the ah nehs would look see look see at PT after leaving the temple..... happens every year without fail.
