Update to my last post. Sorry to all bros hoping for good news. Turned out to be some sort of scam.

And didn't help that I got pickpocketed on the way out to meet said scammer.

Looks like I'm having a real bad run of luck this week. Might have to stay with the known options to be on the safe side for a while. Sigh, no more random exploring for me.
