For as long as we do things properly and in a safe manner, we should be okay.
If it so that, the inevitable happens, at least we can say we did everything we could but this is life. Sooner or later, something will get you.
Forgive me if I keep yammering about this incessively but, I am now on my second chance in life. After my open-heart bypass surgery just 4 months ago, I somewhat had a wake up call, to see and to look at life differently. Definitely there was a change in my lifestyle and eating habits. But as for bonking in PT, well, I don't go everyday anymore but I still go at least 2 times a week.
