It is good to set credit limit to the supplementary card that you give to your viet wife, this is especially so if they are very much concerned about their viet family's financial situation and they go back Vn often. At the same time, do not give them the PIN number. You will not them to withdraw all from the credit card to give to their parents when they are in Vn.
