黑店 exist in every part of PRC and all over the world.

One would nevered know or the shit there are in, until presented with the Bill and surrounded by hostile men.....just 3 weeks ago I was once presented with a RMB9,999 bill in Suzhou, I left without paying a single cent (not going to elaborate further on my encounter).

I guess one need to exercise extra caution when travelling in every corners of PRC, safety first and don't 贪小便宜!
