The reality of the situation is there is a racial heiarchy in SG society and I'm just telling you that maids quickly assimilate this pecking order of class and privilage as well as command and control in SG society. For that reason I have not seen them reach down in status. Indians span from upper class to the lower rungs due to their educational backgrounds and professional status for some. Therefore they are part and parcel part of SG society and intergrated when you are referencing the professional and upper classes. This starts at the international school levels here in SG society. I was referring more to the Bangladesh. I have never seen a Phillipines maid with a Banglesdesh man. This is not my social view nor commentary on what is just or not. Instead its a keen observation.
