Need some bros advice:
My VB came to singapore twice already this year: feb-april (extended 2-moth stay) and May-June(extended but 1 month+ stay).
Last 2 weeks she tried to come but was denied an entry and repatriated on the same day. She said she was brought into a room and interviewed. ICA ask her purpose of visit and how much cash she brought. She answered she come here to tour and show cash of $1k. NOT ENOUGH. She gave them my number but they never called me.
recently, She tried again but with a new passport. Again ICA got record that she came in before and ask her the purpose of visit and her contact here. This time she gv them her "sister" number. They called her but her sister mentioned an address which is different from that stated in her white card. They didn't even ask how much cash she bring. She got detained in a room and repatriated the next day. Was asked to pay US$260 upon departure.
I think it's the 6-month cycle thing that stop her from entering but ICA nvr tell her about it. So now she got an idea... She told me another gal asked a SG guy to go over vn and come to SG with her. She was allowed to come. She asked me if i do it for her. I'm thinking there could be implication if they have record of me with her.
Any bros here got similar situation? In the first place, does this idea even work? That gal brought a SG guy with her might be a lucky case only.
What kind of scenario would happen at the airport and how is the procedure at the airport like if i were to come together with her? Will i be required to sign any form of agreement to be her sponsor on the spot? If just simple questioning and no record of me agreed to be her sponsor and thereby bearing all the liabilities, i'm still ok. And what is my liability?
I understand that the power to allow her to enter SG lies in the hand of the ICA officers at the airport. Even though someone apply visit pass for her it doesn't mean she can come in as the decision is made on merit basis at the airport.
Bro Goldenquestion, your older post stated that you gave your gal your namecard and she showed it to them when she was interviewed at the airport? Did the ICA take your namecard? I was thinking of using the same trick as you
