she shield me already cos i already make known to her about my fiancial status and what i can or cannot do (even sometime i can,but i still tell some white lies to her)no choice is for our own good.
since the early stage i know her,i already make known to her that i am not able to support her family if she want to marry me.she have to go find a decent job and support her side.
i can only support her here as a duty of a husband.i lead by example by being stingy,take bus,go hawker center eat,no buy expensive things,buy things only when needed and etc.she even told her mom how i save.
once in a while,i will give her few hundred for her mom,thats all.but when i go back,her mom always treat me as per normal.
i always told her,she is your mom,is your responsbility to take care of yours and i take care of mine so she must make her own judgement on how she want to give.but her mom only ask for expenses for herself every month not buy house or land.so i just continue to be a poor sg husband for her daughter
