Lower or Upper Seletar?
Years back me and a group of friends saw a guy lurking among the cars with a video camp at CP of Upper Seletar reservoir.
The CP is very dark and forested on 1 side, we shouted at him and chase him and he ran into the forest.. and we didn't bother to continue..
surprising despite the shoutings.. those couples in the newspaper-covered cars still can continue with whatever they are doing.
