Hi guys... one of my friend is deeply in love with one Vietnamese WL who used to work in a KTV joint in GL.
He visited her twice since March, and now she's persuading him to invest in a house & land in her hometown near HCMC.

According to her, the house and land will cost only ~10-12K Sing dollars, which I really doubted it.

Can any kind bro advise?
Is it really this cheap?
