Got to know a WL in HCM recently.
After a few YM chats, she suggested the following:

As I found the proposal really interesting, I suggest we meet again in HCM to discuss about this. She readily agree but said that no lam tinh when we meet as she does not want to run the risk of a baby. I said sure.

1)she cannot work cos definately 1st year she will not get PR after both of u marry
2)if she cannot work,how is she going to give u 1k every month?so like what she mention to u,she want to come here work as WL.so if she kana caught and send back,u have to go find lawyer to settle your divorce.is not cheap to divorce in sg and it dont reflect good on u
3)if u divorce her after 3 year or within 3 year,u have to pay her maintenance fees every month according to sg woman charter regardless of u have kids or not,bear this in mind
In short,dont even consider this proposal cos u will be in deep shit if anything happen and get caught.she should have been ban from sg before so she propose to u.to get 1k every month from her is simply not worth it
