Is Oct 10, 2011 a special day for the CCP party congress or something like that to meet in Beijing ? If that happen I think all actions in BJ will stop, then no point to be there during that period of time. I actually have some works to do in BJ during that time and I do not wish to be in BJ when there is no action.
