Most will not like `Uncle Ho' due to its depreciating trend. from when i first got to know `Uncle Ho' in 2002 till now, `Uncle Ho' has depreciated more than 100% against `Yusof Isak' . This explains the reason why rich vietnamese will quickly change their `Uncle Ho' earnings to other currencies like USD, EURO, SGP etc. But the depreciating VND is good news for foreigners who earn other currencies and spend in VND.
