Pham Ngu lao is considered to be a place for BROKE foreigners who cannot afford a proper place to stay in HCMC. next time, try other places. I personally do not like Pham Ngu lao and i feel that if you have the money to fly there for a holiday, do at least stay in somewhere that's more proper.
