Not true lah. Some people prefer privacy, so they juz keep a journal to remind themselves. Posting own stories in a forum requires some level of courage to air your dirty laundry for the public to see. Not everyone wants to start afresh that way. But for those who do, I must agree that it is a very good way to commit towards starting afresh again.
