Agree, say from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
Trouble is, if they are working, then still cannot see because door is closed. But at least the chance is there for you to see. Must be patient though.
At 9:00pm, only the CAT20 WLs remain, lucky if got CAT30. CAT50, try your luck! From what I know, Lai Lai H24R33 work 'til 9:00pm. You'll just have to wait because she is OL. Check the PSL.
