if you talk about asia, i think some singapore girls wear clothes that are revealing in general, i guess it is because of the weather, try going to Taiwan or HK in the summer, you won't be able to find girls (very few if there is any) in such clothes, my friends there told me that is because people there will think they are prostitutes.
