use to hear that before cos if u work with a company before,they will know that at least the girl is 'useful' to sg economy cos got company want to employ but now,i think might be hard due to them tighten the immigration policy
but is still good to let her try and work first if got company want to employ her cos it might be usefull when u apply anything for her next time as they have the record and if she have been in that company for several years.
for your info,if your wife employ by a company,the company will apply for her a work permit and once she is issue one,it will replace that LTVP she is holding cos 1 person can only hold 1 pass.so meaning to say that if she or her company cease her employment,u have to apply the LTVP for her again.
