Its the tradition during TET to gamble day and night. They will always tell you its small money but i have heard of many Viet spouse losing US$3k to US$5k during TET gambling. Husband must bring money back to pay back before they return to Singapore. So always warn your spouse about gambling. I always tell my wife not to tell me its small money, many `small money' will snowball to `big money' . I also tell her, if she gamble away a lot of money, i will not pay for her. i do not allow gambling.
