The best of all is that once they reach VN, the CONG AN will lead them to a room, do some simple registration and they are free again. I think the vietnamese government is so used to their citizens going abroad to be WL, pickpockets etc. No big deal to them. To the viets, all these are very normal, but to foreigners, all these are illegal.
