Thats why i see marriage as losing its purpose and meaning in our time. For most of the time, it seems like a futile strive to make someone else happier. But what about oneself? Life is too short a time to be striving for ingrates. Hao ren mei hao bao.

I learnt my lesson without having to go into marriage. Everything about marriage with the ideal girl just fell apart when you know that it wont be the same always. Almost all gals i ever dated are really like what many guys are frightened of. ie high maintenance and all show but no go. Want do this, cannot. Want that also no. But die die want guy to pay. So many demands but hardly much reciprocation.

We know most gals are like that. Yet, as some bros said, there are guys who keep falling for the same thing.

My belief is, why bother. Time very scarce. Why waste on the wrong gals.
