Once a month!
I cannot bonk once a month!
I will die! I find bonking as a good source of cardio exercise because it helps make my heart beat faster, similar to brisk walking and stationary cycling.
Before I used to bonk almost everyday, now I cut down to, the most, 10 in a month. Minimum of 8, that's twice a week, 4 weeks in a month right? So 8. If cannot tahan become 10, extra 2 sessions.
Thanks for your tip though, but it's not going to happen.
