Hey... I kinda feel for you & the other bros in the same plight. As a female, I personally find it rather baffling this "phenomena" of overnight-absence-of-sex-drive; especially if there're no kids in the picture or if the marriage has yet to reach the 7yr-mark. Granted -- if either partner (male or female) always has had low sex drive even during dating, then perhaps one can only begrudge the lack of test-driving before actual "purchase".
(*However, there are many many ladies out there who're more sexually adventurous when in their 30s & beyond; and they've could have been more cloistered in their teens/20s. And this is not some fiction spun here in the sbf annals.... so all hope is not lost!
Anyways, to bro SG_FUN: you did not mention much details or background so I can only guess.... do pardon me if I'm wrong. I can only roughly fathom the possible reasons behind the sudden lack of raping almost immediately after wedding (again just guesses... just trying to put a 1c here)
- Kids conceived or born almost immediately after wedding?
- Are you two staying with parents-in-laws?
- Changes in jobs? Increase in bills? Waiting for flat or whatever?
- How long were u two dating before getting married? Many years?
- Has your wife put on weight after the wedding?
- Has your wife made new friends in the past 3 years?
Okay -- I'm NOT saying that the above cited are valid reasons to deny sexual intimacy. And yes, there are ways around each & every problem or hindrance to getting it on.
For e.g., checking into hotel if it's inconvenient with old folks around the house. However do note that most females generally abhor going into those transit hotels even with husbands -- there's just this stigma attached & we may feel pai-seh at times. But that can still be overcome

(hint: masterful seduction...

)
Just suggesting that you & your wife sit down & talk, go counselling, go holiday - anything! And hopefully you & your wife are able to resolve issues (the obvious & the underlying) without resorting to separation...
