Just tell the supir or ojet to bring you to Batam Star Hotel. Room at only 189k, make sure to ask for 1st floor room (especially 101 or 102).
Then go out of the hotel's back door, you will arrive at a coffee shop. Opposite the coffee shop is Goldbird. Outside got a sign board that says 欢喜就好. This is the most precise direction liao.
From Habour Bay, don't pay anything more than 10k for ojet or 20k for taxi. Most will quote you 40k. Just keep walking towards the exit. Before you even reach M1, you are sure to get one that meet your offer. During the taxi trip, the supir will start asking you want to get girl or not lah etc etc. Normally, I just say got girl already and in fact my girl booked the hotel room for me.
