I haven't done anything. How a device in Singapore connects to the server is pretty much beyond my control.

I can fix database problems. I can fix apache problems. If the server is overloaded, I can upgrade to a new server.

The server is in the USA. I'm in OZ. You guys are in Singapore. I tried connecting to my own site using 3G, WiFi and cable all worked perfectly.

There were more than 1 million page views yesterday which is record traffic and the server load is well within limits.

I suggest that if you can't connect, do a traceroute with a network that works and then the one that is causing your grief t to see where it comes to grief. Forward these traceroute results to your service provider.

Trace the hops to 91.206.227.228
