Nothing beats exercise when it comes to keeping your virility going well into middle age.
Go for a bike ride 5 times a week for about 1 to 2 hours. Don't go easy. You need to work up a good sweat at about 60% to 80% of your maximum heart rate.
If you're too scared to ride on the roads, you can ride the trails on a mountain bike but watch out for those trees and ruts.
If you aren't confident enough to ride trails, your last resort is stationary bike in a gym environment. However, it can get pretty boring peddling away for a couple of hours and going nowhere. You need plenty of will power.
