Go for a bike ride 5 times a week for about 1 to 2 hours. Don't go easy. You need to work up a good sweat at about 60% to 80% of your maximum heart rate.

If you're too scared to ride on the roads, you can ride the trails on a mountain bike but watch out for those trees and ruts.

If you aren't confident enough to ride trails, your last resort is stationary bike in a gym environment. However, it can get pretty boring peddling away for a couple of hours and going nowhere. You need plenty of will power.
When I was younger, I used to hang out at a friend's bicycle shop. Once we were talking about bicycle seats and how it pressed on the veins below our testicles. This is the area between our ass and testes. It seemed that long periods on a bike's seat compresses the veins and reduce blood supply to our vital part. That was the time I stopped cycling and switched to swimming. Less injury.

It's always good to keep a healthy lifestyle with exercises. But sometimes it's hard to explain why even a healthy person can suffer from a flaccid lil bro. A healthy young 25 yr old guy can even suffer this. It's the worse curse that can happen to any guy.
