This past year my exercise is climbing stairs. My weight dropped from 77kg to 68kg. Within the ideal BMI range.
This past 7 years went thru more than 10 GFs. But WG less than 5 times. Hopefully the present GF is the correct life partner. This week we had a session where i had to lie still and cannot move. She teased me from head to toe. That was the event that I had my hardest Hardon in years. But when it was my turn to tease her body, my Hardon died down. Thinking to practicing Pelvic Floor Exercise. See any improvement.
