Alcohol just kills it for me. Every time I drink, no need to think about having sex any more, even using ms palmer doesn't work.

Also I notice that I'm always freaking hard right after my gym sessions. So sex after exercising is the best as I am alot harder and sensitive and for longer. Exercising cause alot of testosterone to be release in the body thus bringing up the sex drive.

Jacking off to me is fine so long as you are healthy and the accompaning sex drive. Forcing an ejaculation is no good and only adds long term stress.

Yeah. I notice I have trouble performing if I have alot on my mind. Sometimes rock hard but cannot cum and sometimes cannot get hard. I need to be relatively relaxed before I even start, thus sometimes am wasting money on the WL here.
