OKT for 1649 is Ah Seng and he is assisted by a lady (girls refer to her as Auntie). Ah Seng also operates WH19. 1649 has both $80 and $150 whilst WH19 are all $150 (this house also has Thai style soapy massage) and OKT there is Ah Peng. 1649 also has a Malaysian $50 WL who is also a resident in the house. She will always remain in her room and will go out when called. She has her own stream of regular customers. As for the PRC, they will sit outside. Currently there are about 11 or 12 but I understand turnover in his house quite high and girls change very often. Service wise, touch and go and you have to hope for the best. Room is rather old and no ambience.
