I have to cook for myself. U let Vietnamese cook for u and almost every dish they cook must add sugar. Can u imagine how curry chicken taste like after adding 5 tablespoons of sugar? That's what my bg did. And still have to cheek to ask me "Ngon Ko?"
Chinese soup is still the best. VN soup usually just taste spicy and sour. Now my bg is trained to cook black chicken soup with herbs. Lucky me !!
