Interestingly, that is what I heard when I travel. I fly a lot and is a platinum member of this hotel. Because of this, I know the staff well and interestingly, this is what I am told
However, I think it is just between the executive staff. Reason being is I doubt the average worker will be able to do this as and when they want but I think for management level, they have more authority to do so
