Most smaller local hotels will have an hourly rate before 6pm. Just walk in and ask them.
Rujia and Hanting depend by location or front desk worker whether they are girl friendly or not. Most will look the other way if you come in with a girl and some of the locations still have "massage service" phone calls at night. They do get raided sometimes and many call girls will say that they don't feel safe to stay LT at the smaller chain hotels.
