Seems you have not been to CP. Frankly, IMO - In term of locality, YH is better than OY. However, in both OY and YH, there are many private cars to ferry hotel guests to CP Central (Miraton Hotel) and out of CP. So, transportation is CP is not really an issue.
My Verdict on between OY's & YH's hotel's location is better: YiHao
