foreign spouse need to do the following:-

apply LTSVP, after 2 years
apply SPR, after 2 years
apply citizenship...

very rare you can skip LTSVP to get SPR...or citizenship...the above is the SOP and dun think any ordinary sinkie can skip any of the above...
