Hi bros..went for my first IPT at k***** camp today and I saw a female trainer there! For those who are familiar with the current fitness program, they have engaged Real gym trainers now. No more those NS PTIs. So this lady certainly caught my eye...plus other bros I'm sure. Now come to camp for ipt also shiok. can wash eye a bit. Lol.
