You are correct. Recently, I went this house to confirm.
L6H68 don't have PRC Cat$80 already. All upgraded to Cat$100.
L8H66E is the last surviving house that offers
PRC Cat$80 for 40 minutes. Enjoy while it lasts.
L16H69 has PRC Cat$80 but it is 30 minutes.
L16H49 has 1-3 PRC Cat$80 but the counter guy told me no preview allowed! After you paid, then you will know who the mysterious girl is.
