As with all things in Bangkok it's negotiable. That large group you're talking about is still around. The small groups of girls are probably more willing to negotiate going to your condo/apt. The first set I talked to were willing to go to my condo but only as a pair. If I had a friend then that would have worked out but I wasn't into paying for 2 girls. So I think it's doable as long as you don't look scary or say anything to make them nervous.
I may have gotten somewhat lucky with my choice though because she was totally alone and it was late. Getting LT and multiple shots at 2k with a SYT is a rarity these days.
I think the biggest thing the girls have to worry about is getting raped and not getting paid which is why they are afraid to go to private condos. Which if you think about it agogo girls have to be afraid of the same things yet they do it all the time.
